Zigster is the owner, and has the power if required to veto any decision made by the clan members.

Three senior members (TrickyB, Hicks and Oblivion) are set in place, these will known as {eVo}Council, these three posts have overall control of the clan. This will make a quorum of 3+1 owner for major decisions.
Each specific game is to have its own captain/s who will report directly to the clan council, these are as follows

Swearing will not be tolerated on any server you play on (public or match) or any website you go on. If we receive any complaint from another clan about one of our members behaving badly on a server or website or we see you doing this we'll examine the case and maybe decide to kick the member out of {eVo} or if required give you a warning, 2 warnings and you are out.
Avoid spamming, taunt spamming and any comments about any player in any server, stay nice and polite on all occasions. If you are insulted or called cheater on a server, don't reply, just take a screenshot and send it to TrickyB, Hicks or Oblivion and we'll deal with it.

Under no circumstances must ANY member of Evolution be racist towards other members or most importantly the public.

The clan is run on a 1 member 1 vote basis, all clan members have the same status in this clan and any member changes must be made via poll and the decision is made if 75% of the clan agree to it.

Players MUST post on the forums and join in discussion, if a player does not post on the forums over a 1 month period they will be classed as awol and removed from the clan (unless you tell us you will be away or have a damn good reason), Players MUST idle in Comms when they are playing, even if they dont speak.

Under NO circumstances do Evolution accept a member "dual clanning". You want to play for us, fine, but we expect that you will give us 100% commitment to Evolution.
Faliure to adhere to this will see your ejection from the clan.

| Server Rules | | ? 1 | CHEATING IS WRONG
Cheating of ANY sort will NOT be tolerated - play the game the way it was meant to be played. Anyone found using cheats will be kicked and banned from the clan and the server.

{eVo} uses teamspeak whilst playing for in-game communication, you must have a working headset w/-mic and the latest version of teamspeak.
All members must ensure that they have set up their teamspeak software correctly, if you have trouble setting up your teamspeak please ask another member who will be happy to help.Don't abuse people in Teamspeak or have slagging matches.Teamspeak is used for comms in game and as a general meeting place.Persistant offenders will be kicked and reported.
If you feel you would like to play a game without all the general banter, move yourself into a vacant channel but explain that you are doing this to the other members on at the time.

All pre-warn a player that if he carries on with his actions that he will be kicked.
We operate a 3 kick then ban server. Kick 3 times and if the message still isnt through to the offender then ban (max 1 week for general nuicences, life ban for blatent haxors)
Once banned post on the forums why and when you banned him.
NEVER ban another member of the clan from any server (inc TS).If you have a problem with that member report it to a capt or council member

Servers dont grow on trees, so a maximum of ?15 for 3 months subscription is required or a pro-rota amount thereof until server renewal. In the event of a member leaving the clan, whatever the circumstances, no refunds are possible.

| Match Rules | | ? 1 | MATCHES
NEVER leave a server when in a match for whatever reason (make sure you'll be able to play the whole match BEFORE the match begins) (the only exception will be that you lost your connection and we expect you back asap). Always make sure you are almost certain to be available when putting your name down for a match, if you put your name down and fail to turn up for a match you risk being kicked out of the clan, whether you have paid monies or not. If you cannot make a match you are down for please make sure you tell us well before the match is due to start, ie the day before. Please contact the respective Captain first or a Clan Leader second but most importantly update vWar with your status.
All members WILL play in a match, If you are not around don?t expect to be picked for the important games.
Team selection will be taken from vwar, so the sooner you signup the better.
Make sure you are signed up in all the relevant competitions/ladders with your guid entered. If you get stuck, ask a captain/leader to help you.
No signup = No play, no questions asked | | ? 2 | MATCHES
The capts of the various squads are responsible for picking the teams.
When in match : avoid comments like "wtf", "hax", "how ?", "bs", etc ... If you have a problem or doubts, say it on comms and the captain will deal with it with the opposing clan leader. NEVER argue on the server if something is wrong, ONLY
the captain of the match will talk to the opponent and try to arrange things and always in a nice and polite manner. NEVER call anybody "cheater", if you suspect someone is cheating, report it on Comms and the match arranger will deal with it.

| Trialists | | ? 1 | TRIALISTS
Trialists do not have access to vote forums, but they are allowed to take part in member training and friendlies so we can assess them, they will NOT be allowed to take part in League matches, unless the captain agrees, so still sign up in vwar.
When you are a trialist in this clan you must place our trial tag before your username .eg {eVo}*Fred.This is to show other members of the clan you are on trial.
Your trail period is 2 weeks,although this can be extended.
If you are sucessful with your trial you may remove the * from your tag.You will then be asked to contribute to the servers and given full admin rights to the servers. | |
